The primary aim of the Community Anticoagulation Service is to provide a collaborative approach to the ongoing monitoring and management of anticoagulation therapy for patients aged 18 and over who are registered with a GP practice within Redbridge CCG. We offer clinics throughout the week in Redbridge, located in Fairlop, Ilford, and Walthamstow. For patients who are housebound, we provide a domiciliary service to ensure they receive the care they need at home.
